In this petition, Dr. Meryl Nass and Mr. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. requested the Acting Commissioner of the FDA to “issue, amend, revoke, or refrain from taking the administrative actions on EUAs, current and future new drug applications, and biologics license applications for all COVID vaccines.”

The grounds of the statement consist of :

• Safety data from Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System;
• Effectiveness data of COVID Vaccines;
• Misbranding of COVID vaccines
• Alternative COVID therapies;
• COVID among children;
• Servicemembers’ prior consent;
• Coercion and compulsory vaccination.

“The reason Americans are unaware is because the FDA has failed to provide and enforce accurate public messaging. Reversing this trend is imperative; the FDA must comply with law.”
